New and Enhanced Features
Organization Manager Features
Call Escalation Feature
Calls can be escalated to specified users if the intended user or team does not answer the call.
Calls can be escalated only once. If the escalated user(s) miss the call, the same call can’t be escalated again to another user.
New Side Menu
Organization Management now consists of Set Up and Org-Level Settings.
Set Up allows managers to manage their Users, Teams (replaced call forwarding) and Conference Rooms.
Org-Level Settings includes e-Line Settings, e-Room Settings and Integrations.
Managers can find in the new Reporting menu:
User History, used to view a particular user’s call and meeting history.
Statistics, used to view organization wide call statistics.
Blocked Callers, a list of blocked callers.
Lastly Billing has been added to the side menu
Campaigns
We have made improvements to the Tracker feature. You can now add rich text as campaign instructions to the tracker, which will be displayed within the call.
Campaign instructions can be used to instruct sales, support and other specialized teams on how to proceed with calls from a particular campaign.

e-Line features such as Availability and Greetings are now accessible right from the menu.
The new Campaign Management menu contains Trackers, QR Codes, Short URLs and Buttons. These features were previously under e-Line Settings. We brought them forward for easier access.
We have simplified the Settings menu. You can now edit your Profile, Account information and configure your e-line and e-rooms from the Settings.
Org Members has replaced Contacts.
Campaigns

Resolved Issues
Resolved an issue for organization managers where they weren’t able to revoke users. For how to revoke users see here.
