New and Enhanced Features
Organization Manager Features
Organization will be pre-selected in any settings
Your organization will now be pre-selected when you navigate to any of the following:
New Status For Forwarding and Escalated lines
For forwarded and escalated lines, we have introduced a new call status: “Available”.
“Available” status is shown when the user was available, but wasn’t logged in to receive a call.
“N/A” status is shown when the user was not available.
“Rang” status is shown when the user was available and logged in and received the call.
“Picked Up” status is shown when the user received the call and picked up.
“Rejected” status is shown when the user received the call but rejected it.
Trackers can now be configured to start audio calls and more
Users can now configure their trackers as:

Navigate to Campaign Mgmt → Trackers to view, create and edit Trackers. How to Create and Use Trackers.
Downloading Transcriptions for e-Rooms
In History, users can now download the transcription file from their meeting history.
To find out how to start Transcriptions see here.
Under Settings → e-Line Configurations, we have added Call Instructions under In-Call Functionality.
You can use this feature to set up instructions on a User-level. Users will see them in the chat.
User-level Call Instructions are user specific and will be displayed for all incoming call that user answers.
In comparison, Tracker Call Instructions are tracker specific and won’t be shown for incoming calls from other trackers, Short URLs or buttons.
Resolved an issue for revoked users where they were getting missed called notifications even though they are revoked.
Resolved an issue for users where they weren’t able to add company colors from profile edit page.
Resolved an issue for org managers/owners where they weren’t able to change information for their organization members from profile edit page.
Resolved an issue for users where the Json schema failed to update while changing the pre-call forms.
Resolved an issue for users where incoming call invitations wouldn’t time out if they weren’t picked up.
