New and Enhanced Features

Organization Manager Features

  • HubSpot Properties

    • HubSpot properties can now be edited.

    • Managers can now add and manage custom properties from their HubSpot to the contact card that’s visible in the call.

  • Dashboard improvements

    • We have made UI improvements to the Users and Teams Pages to improve experience.

    • We have made UI improvements to the Billing Page to improve experience.

User Features

  • Dark Mode

    • Dark mode has been removed from the 11Sight Dashboard.

  • Dashboard improvements

    • We have made UI improvements to the Profile Edit Page to improve experience.

    • We have made UI improvements to Trackers to improve experience.

  • Schedule New Meeting

    • Users can now schedule temporary 11Sight and Webex meetings.

    • In addition to the Virtual Office and Conference Rooms, 11Sight now provides temporary meeting rooms that can be scheduled for a set time, date and duration.

    • Find out how to schedule 11Sight or Webex meetings.

  • Form Information in Call History

    • Information for all forms is now visible in the call history.

    • Users can now see Call Review Form and Call Satisfaction Form in a call’s details.

    • To view the form information, navigate to History from the side menu and click See Full Details for the call you would like to view.

Resolved Issues

  • Resolved an issue for the HubSpot integration where empty contacts were being created in HubSpot. We have added several error messages prompting the user to enter contact details instead of automatically creating an empty contact.

  • Resolved an issue for users where escalated calls wouldn’t stop ringing after another user from their organization has answered the call.
