HubSpot Properties
HubSpot properties can now be edited.
Managers can now add and manage custom properties from their HubSpot to the contact card that’s visible in the call.

Schedule New Meeting
Form Information in Call History
Information for all forms is now visible in the call history.
Users can now see Call Review Form and Call Satisfaction Form in a call’s details.
To view the form information, navigate to History from the side menu and click See Full Details for the call you would like to view.
Resolved Issues
Resolved an issue for the HubSpot integration where empty contacts were being created in HubSpot. We have added several error messages prompting the user to enter contact details instead of automatically creating an empty contact.
Resolved an issue for users where escalated calls wouldn’t stop ringing after another user from their organization has answered the call.
