How to Record and Download Your Calls

On the side menu, navigate to Settings > e-Line Configurations.
Step 2
In the Record Calls section, select a recording type and Save Changes.
Every call you receive in this user will be automatically recorded.
Step 3
You can find the call recording
after the call in the chat history
in the call’s details under History
